The Formula BMW FB02 is the vehicle used in the Formula BMW Racing Experience, which includes successful Formula 1 drivers like Sebastian Vettel and Nico Rosberg among its graduates. The vehicle is perfect for covering the first few metres of the track: its cutting-edge carbon-fibre and Kevlar monocoque and its comprehensively tested chassis ensure top levels of safety. The FB02 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than four seconds, and can reach a top speed of 230 km/h. But it doesn’t just feel like a real BMW, it looks like one, too: the Californian BMW subsidiary DesignworksUSA collaborated on its design.
