    Your personal Concierge Services: at the press of a button you can connect to the BMW Call Centre via a telephone unit integrated in your BMW. Regardless of your mobile phone connection, at home or abroad, with no additional costs and round the clock. The BMW Call Centre agents are on hand to offer you competent advice and practical help – whether you need information about a flight, a hotel or a booking, or whether you are looking for the nearest cash dispenser or on-duty pharmacist.

  • Intelligent Emergency Calling

    When help is really required, it’s important for it to be there quickly. Intelligent Emergency Calling is there wherever you need it.

  • Remote functions

    Comfort meets safety: with the remote functions you can have the BMW Call Centre lock and unlock your BMW anywhere.

  • Send to Car

    Do you use Google Maps to plan your journeys? Then simply send your results to your navigation system via the Internet with Send to Car from BMW Assist. And afterwards you’ll be able to concentrate fully on your journey while travelling.

  • HRS Send to Car

    Your BMW knows where you will be spending the night: with HRS Send to Car, you can simply transfer your hotel’s address and telephone number to your vehicle.

  • My Info

    Addresses, text messages, important telephone numbers: you can simply transfer data to your BMW via the BMW ConnectedDrive portal.

  • My BMW Remote App

    You’ll find the direct link to your BMW in your jacket pocket: namely your iPhone and My BMW Remote App.

  • General information

    BMW Assist and BMW Online are only available together and can be obtained for up to three years free of charge depending on the specific country, the navigation system and the contract concluded.
    Thereafter, continued use, if required, is subject to an annual basic charge of EUR 250, which allows unlimited usage of the BMW Assist and BMW Online services. Please note that the range of services displayed refers to those available in Austria and the services may vary from country to country.

With Google Local Search, you can also start a search for specific information – and it only takes one touch of a button to transfer the results straight to your navigation system.

And what else is going on around the world? Your BMW always knows what interests you and reads out the latest news to you – even while you are travelling – via the audio system in your vehicle.

    Whether it’s sunny skies or a rain front: BMW Online always keeps you informed of the weather to expect at your destination. And if you wish, it can be displayed directly in your navigation system, with the important weather details appearing as icons on the map.

    Whatever you may be looking for: thanks to the classified search service from Google, you can find it with all the details you need along with driving directions to match.

  • Office

    You’ve got mail: with BMW Online, you can also receive and reply to e-mails at any time when you are on the road. You can even have your e-mails read out via the audio system while you are travelling.

    A pleasanter way of travelling leaving you relaxed on arrival – the applications from BMW Online make this very easy indeed. BMW Routes, for example, shows you the most attractive spots on the way to your destination; the travel guide points out the sights at many places both at home and abroad. Be aware of important traffic regulations when abroad thanks to the country information; restaurants and accommodation tips can found in the brief hotel and restaurant descriptions; Parking Info will tell you which car park still has space for your BMW. And all you have to do is decide which information you would like to see on the Control Display.
