Your service agent will then immediately get in touch with you to arrange an appointment. He already knows how long servicing will take, and can order any parts that may be needed well in advance. A particularly helpful feature if you want to get in touch with your BMW Service Partner yourself: at the press of a button, all service-relevant data about your BMW are transmitted directly to your service agent. As he immediately has all the information he needs, he is in a position to coordinate servicing appointments with you in the best possible way. For instance, perhaps you could combine the next oil change due with the change of tyres you planned? BMW TeleServices* save time for you wherever it’s possible.
Even when you happen to have a real breakdown, all you need to do is press the button to contact the BMW Breakdown Service. In many cases, the malfunction can already be repaired remotely by BMW TeleServices Diagnosis and Help* before the Mobile Service team is sent to you.
