Your BMW with BMW Apps.

Since March 2011 you can conveniently use certain Apple iPhone apps in every BMW with the optional equipment item “Apps”. Simply connect your iPhone to your BMW and browse through the apps with the iDrive Controller.

With the free app “BMW Connected“ your Control Display can show several apps, while the car’s audio system can read them out using the text-to-speech function.

Well connected – Facebook and Twitter.
Just take your social contacts with you when you are on the road and let the display show you the latest status notifications.

Everything in view – Calendar.
Never forget an appointment: the BMW Connected app places your calendar entries in a clear overview in the main vehicle display and, if desired, reads out your appointments.

Always the right station – Web radio.
Web radio allows you to access countless radio stations from all over the world.

On the right path – Last Mile.
Guides you to the destinations that are set in the navigation system of your BMW, even when you are outside of your vehicle, and helps you to find your way back.

Up to date – News.
Your personal news service: have the most recent news displayed to you via RSS feeds.

Always more informed – Wiki Local.
Discover more about your current location, navigation destination or a postal code. With Wiki Local you will not miss out on key information.

You can also use other apps certified by BMW via BMW ConnectedDrive in the vehicle.

AUPEO! Personal Internet Radio
Here, the music is playing only for you. The internet radio is personalised to your taste in music and creates your own playlist from about one million songs. Like “BMW Connected”, AUPEO! is free of charge and available in the Apple App Store.
