TYRES WITH REDUCED
ROLLING RESISTANCE.

  • Problem: Tyres are flexed during use and this increases rolling resistance.
  • Solution: Innovative rubber mixture and materials reduce flexing.
  • The benefit to you: Less rolling resistance and subsequently lower fuel consumption.
How it works

Tyres with reduced rolling resistance.

Tyres are subjected to constant forces during driving and their shape changes where they come into contact with the road surface. This deformation is only reversed when the tyre rolls away. Tyres with reduced rolling resistance employ special materials in the tread and side sections which decrease flexing, and consequently fuel consumption as well as emissions.
