Run-flat tyres on the BMW 1 Series.

Security without the need for spare tyres - the BMW 1 Series is equipped with run-flat tyres as standard. Even with a complete loss of pressure, you are able to drive for up to 150 kilometres to your nearest BMW dealer at a maximum speed of 80 km/h while the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and brake system remain fully operational. The Tyre Defect Indicator completes the tyre safety package.
