With PlugIn you can import the Apple™ user interface for the iPod function into your BMW 1 Series so that you can then operate it with the same ease as your are used to from your iPhone.
Your iPhone keeps you permanently up to date – and of course this applies equally when you use it in your BMW. PlugIn gives you direct access to all menu commands without any major adjustments and also allows you to use the extended audio player functions such as Genius Mixes or display the album cover. Even when you extend the functionality of your iPhone by adding new features through software updates, you can of course use them in your vehicle straight away via BMW ConnectedDrive. This interface technology marks the beginning of a new era of integrating the use of mobile devices in the vehicle.
