Everyday utility.
Good for every day, every day good – BMW has brought an electric vehicle to the required design maturity to pass the most important of all tests: your daily routine.

How many kilometres do you drive per day? Even in the USA and certainly in Europe, most people commute less than 50 kilometres per day to work and back. With a range of 160 kilometres, the BMW ActiveE therefore offers ample reserves to allow for additional detours. After all, the BMW ActiveE provides enough room for joint excursions and everyday shopping trips as a matter of course. With its four seats and 200 litres of boot space it is on a level with the BMW 1 Series Coupé.
En route, the electronics system always knows the current range and the Professional navigation system supplied as standard also has information on public charging station and calculates a suitable route, if required. One press of a button activates the ECO PRO Mode. Comfort features such as the seat heating are turned down to match demand, while the display provides you supporting advice on maintaining the optimum speed so as to achieve maximum range.
