The cargo function allows you to fold the rear seatback in increments and expand the luggage compartment by up to 33 litres. Folding the seat in a 40:20:40 split increases the available volume to a maximum of 1,600 litres. This can be done manually or via the lever on the remote key with the optionally-available comfort package. Thus you can rest assured you’ll always be prepared for any situation according to your specific needs.

The optionally-available Comfort Access makes loading the vehicle even easier. Included in this package is contactless opening of the tailgate: just hold your foot under the rear bumper briefly and the the boot opens on its own. This is especially practical when you have both hands full. Now you no longer need to put your luggage down in order to open the tailgate.

The two-part parcel shelf has more advantages: when the tailgate is open, part of it remains in position and can thus be used as a storage compartment. When needed, the whole parcel shelf can be removed and easily stowed in the boot, thus allowing you to make use of the entire height ot the compartment and accommodate larger items with ease.
