Powerful and efficient.

Straight six-cylinder diesel engines
in the BMW 325d, 330d and 335d.

The straight six-cylinder diesel engines prove how well muscular performance and velvety smoothness can be combined. The powerful Variable Twin Turbo in the BMW 335d with two intelligently combined turbochargers provides outstanding torque almost from idling speed. The smaller turbocharger allows for plentiful torque at low engine speeds and a fast build-up of power. The larger one then ensures maximum performance at the top end of the rpm range. Producing 580 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm and up to 210 kW (286 hp), the powerplant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.2 seconds. All BMW diesel engines are fitted with particle filters as standard and comply with EU4 emissions regulations.

Fuel consumption / CO2 emissions
