Extended Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) on the
BMW 3 Series Sedan.

The six-cylinder models of the BMW 3 Series Sedan offer five new DSC functions. One: brake stand-by for reduced stopping distances in an emergency. Two: brake drying for improved brake response in wet conditions. Three: the hill-start assistant for worry-free hill starts without rolling backwards. Four: fading compensation for consistent braking even when the brakes have heated up. Five: soft stop for smoother stops and reduced brake drive.
