The doors and boot can be opened, the engine can be started with a press of the Start button.

Park Distance Control (PDC) is an optional feature of the 3 Series Touring. PDC makes parking effortless, thanks to ultrasound sensors in the front and rear of the vehicle. PDC warns the driver about the proximity of obstacles with a clear audio signal. Obstacles can also be displayed on the Control Display, if an optional navigation system is fitted. Parking becomes easier, more relaxing and safer.
