The innovative maintenance system CBS (Condition Based Service) permanently monitors important fluid levels and the degree of wear and tear on individual components, such as the brake pads and engine oil. The system then informs you via the Info Display in the cockpit when your next service appointment is due. You can also call up the current service status at any time on the free-standing Control Display.
As soon as the CBS sensors determine a service requirement, such as an engine oil change or new brake pads, BMW TeleServices transfer on request all relevant data directly to your BMW Service Partner.
Your BMW Service Partner can arrange an appointment and order any necessary parts in advance. This helps to keep the cost and duration of your service appointment to a minimum.
