Safety at the extremes.

Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) on the
BMW M6 Coupé.

On a slippery road or during a sudden swerve, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) provides the driver with optimum support. This driver’s assistant only intervenes with the engine's electronics system during extreme situations, reducing the torque and activating the brakes individually. The two stages of the DSC can be set in the M Drive Manager. The first offers dynamic driving comfort, while the second allows for exceptionally sporting driving close to the physical limits by increasing the tolerance of longitudinal and lateral acceleration.
