The snap-in adapter is a robust docking system suitable for current Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and RIM BlackBerry® mobile phones as well as for the Apple iPhone. With the interchangeable phone-specific snap-in adapter, the driver can charge the mobile phone via the Bluetooth interface. An external aerial ensures the best possible reception at all times. The BMW DVD system in the rear plays DVD videos, audio CDs in and all common video file formats such as image files and MP3 formats in excellent quality, even from a USB stick. The seven-inch colour monitor is dazzle-free from all angles and can be folded away safely and easily in the armrest when not in use. The BMW DVD system is also available with infrared stereo headphones as an option.
