Modern daily life will no longer be restricted to fixed locations. Maximum flexibility is in greater demand than ever before. The Customer Interaction Centre is one of tomorrow’s sales channels that already meets this expectation today. It is perfectly equipped to address the needs of the modern BMW i customer. Trained product experts are on hand to provide advice by phone, e-mail and even live chat. For the first time, it is now also possible to complete your purchase directly via a Customer Interaction Centre.

THE BMW i MOBILE SALES ADVISOR (MSA)*.

The Mobile Sales Advisors make up the mobile sales force of BMW i. These flexible BMW i experts visit you wherever you wish – if you are unable to visit us. They will use their visit to demonstrate the benefits of a BMW i vehicle on site, advise on issues concerning the configuration and financing and will also carry out test drives if required. In this way, BMW is signalling the start of autombile sales of the future. Our customers always have top priority, regardless of where they happen to be.
