Refurbished in 2002, the Hockenheimring provides both speed and safety with its generous run-out zones, fast bends and long straights. Demanding passages such as the narrow bend combination in the northern section of the track and the hairpin bend after the long Parabolika provide ideal conditions for challenging BMW Driver Training courses such as the BMW Perfection Training. The tight bend passages offer an outstanding simulation of country roads and the entrance to the Motodrom guarantees real goose bumps - of the kind otherwise only experienced by real racing drivers.
