BMW TeleServices offer you the option of rectifying certain malfunctions without having to take your car into the workshop. How does this work? With the BMW Teleservice Breakdown Call you can contact the Mobile Service directly from your vehicle. Select 'ConnectedDrive' or 'BMW Services' in the iDrive menu; and then 'Mobile Care' followed by 'Start Service'. This connects you directly to the Mobile Service. It is not only possible to diagnose many faults remotely but also to rectify them in this way.

Servicing is a must – but with BMW TeleServices you no longer have to take care of it yourself. Your BMW registers automatically when a service is required and transfers all the data relevant for the service to BMW. Your BMW Service Partner of choice can access the data and call you to arrange an appointment. You can also use the BMW Teleservice Call to arrange an appointment manually – simply by pressing a button in your BMW. In any case, your BMW Service partner is already informed about the condition of the vehicle and is therefore in a better position to respond to your requirements.
