Direct troubleshooting: As soon as the BMW Teleservice Diagnosis has finished, Mobile Service specialists initiate necessary action. This includes self-help assistance, on-site support from the Mobile Service or BMW Teleservice Help, which, in many cases, is also able to offer remote assistance. In this case, individual faults can be rectified quickly and simply by means of remote electronic error correction, e.g. your navigation system is quickly ready for use again. We send out our Breakdown Assistance team to deal with larger repairs or malfunctions that may compromise your safety. Or we arrange an appointment for you with your BMW Service Centre.
