BMW group sustainability.

BMW Group is committed to sustainability that extends throughout the company’s entire value chain through adopting the philosophy of RE:Think, RE:Duce, RE:Use and RE:Cycle. Our aim is to be the producer of the greenest electric car in the world.

We aim to reduce our lifecycle CO2 emissions per vehicle by at least a third by 2030 compared with 2019 levels. The strategy involves cutting CO2 emissions by at least 80 per cent in production, 40 per cent in the use phase and at least 20 per cent in the supply chain.

BMW Group is committed to the circular approach of utilising a high percentage of raw and recycled material as well as avoiding rather than offsetting emissions.
