Reaching the end of your finance term?
Know your options at the end of your BMW Finance agreement.
You should read your finance contract carefully to ensure you understand your full rights and obligations. This website is intended as only a guide to assist you to understand your options. It is not intended to replace, amend or substitute any term of your finance contract.
In particular, the full terms of your Full Circle Guaranteed Future Value option are set out in your finance contract, including a number of important conditions and requirements which you must meet, in order for you to be able to exercise this option.
Keep your BMW.
Payout the balance owed on your finance agreement and retain the full ownership of your BMW or refinance the remaining amount (subject to BMW Finance approval)
Keep your BMW.
Rollover the balance owed to a new finance agreement with a refinance so you can continue to pay off the balance in instalments (subject to BMW Finance approval).
Trade-in your BMW.
Return your vehicle to your BMW Dealership and if the trade-in value is higher than the balance owed, then the balance is yours to keep or use towards another BMW.

a) in the case of a loan, an option to deliver the vehicle to us instead of paying the Guaranteed Future Value final balloon lump-sum repayment amount (GFV) at the end of the contract term; or
b) in the case of a lease, an option to return the vehicle to us and not pay the GFV amount at the end of the lease term,
provided the vehicle is undamaged except for fair wear and tear as determined by our approved dealer and provided that the contracted kilometre allowance has not been exceeded. The GFV is not a representation of the anticipated market value of the vehicle at the end of the contract term. To be eligible, vehicles must be built within 18 months.
